Mums mean the world to the Birmingham Bullring!
Mother’s Day may be next Sunday (Sunday March 6th) but that didn’t stop us enjoying a family day at the Birmingham Bullring this weekend. We were invited along to the Bullring in Birmingham to see just how much Mums mean to them. My children and Daddy were set a lovely challenge to find me a the perfect Mother’s Day gift within the shopping centre.
I left them alone for a short while so they could have a look around. Whilst they were busy shopping for the perfect gift, I chilled out in Krispy Kreme with a doughnut and drink, Krispy Kreme is my fave place to be ever so it had to be my relaxing place of choice (of course).
The Bullring has so many Mother’s Day offers in centre. You really are spoilt for choice.
When I met back up with my little ones, I have to admit I was a little excited. They had 3 bags in their hands, a rather gorgeous one from Pandora, an exciting one from Hotel Chocolat and a large one from Clintons so I have a pretty good idea what they went for.
The Molton Browm bag and Thorntons bag were a little gift from the Bullring which was rather lovely of them. I was already starting to see just how much Mums meant to them.
Our trip to the Bullring wasn’t all about shopping though as we were also treated to an amazing family lunch at their Wagamama. We’d never been before and will admit it was a little out of our usual ‘comfort’ zone but I am so glad that we went. Not only was the food amazing but the whole place was lovely. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the atmosphere was fantastic. Even though the restaurant was full of life with happy customers, our waited Darren was so great. He made time to make sure we were OK and offered to help us when needed. He showed the kids how to use their chopsticks and really engaged with them throughout our meal. Being newbies wasn’t a problem as everyone there was just so helpful and friendly. The welcoming staff and relaxed atmosphere made for a very enjoyable afternoon.
I was supposed to finish my trip with a makeover but sadly we ran out of time and had to head back before this but I didn’t mind as I’d had such a lovely time anyway. I could quite easily spend a whole day in the Bullring, there’s so many lovely shops and places to eat.
