Capture the exquisite taste of Original Chocolate Sea Shells. Each carefully crafted with a blend of delicious white, milk or dark Belgian chocolate. Not one of them has exactly the same marbled look as the other one. Sense how they are all made of the finest Belgian chocolate filled with the delicious Guylian roasted hazelnut praline.

I was sent a box of Guylian Sea Shells for the purpose of this review. I have heard of Guylian many times before but hadn’t actually ever tried them. Yes I hold my hands up and admit, I’d never bought a box before. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect as I’m not a huge fan of truffle like chocolates, I find them quite sickly and sweet. Sometimes the flavours can over power the taste of the chocolate and I’m a huge chocolate lover.
First off I loved the shapes, the shells and sea horses look amazing! They’re so decorative and pretty, they really do look great. They’re not flat chocolates either, they’re like little 3D pieces of sea shell heaven. One bite and I was hooked. It did take me a while to pick which one I was going to try first as they all just looked so good, I could hear them screaming at me “Pick me, Eat me” That might sound a little odd but hey that’s just me.

The surface appears glossy and smooth. My favourite shape had to the be the cute little Sea Horse. What a delightful little fella, well he was šŸ˜‰ The chocolate is yummy and tastes great, the shapes of the chocolates are fantastic, real craftsmanship has gone into them and the hazelnut praline filling is perfect. Not too strong or over powering but just a subtle hint mixed in with a delicious soft chocolate truffle filling.
Here at Mummy Of 3 Diaries I gave these Guylian Original Sea Shells Chocolates a fab 4/5 .
