Andrex Eco – A little thing to help care more for the environment
4 Key reasons why Andrex think the product is great:
1. It’s a little thing you can do for the planet without compromising on softness or quality at a fair price.
2. It’s made from a mixture of 90% recycled fibre and 10% bamboo – the more we can use these types of fibre will help relieve the pressure on global forests.
3. It’s Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified – which means the whole supply chain (including the bamboo) is independently certified – assuring us that everything in it is from a sustainable and well-managed source.
4. ALL the packaging we have used is 100% recycled, and it can all be recycled – from the core to the plastic packaging (and even the bags we use to transport it to retailers – even though you don’t see that). And, as with all ANDREX – packaging, we have minimised the amount of each we have used in the first place.
What I thought: Andrex Eco is SUPER Soft! It’ has 3 thin layers combined together to make each sheet which does feel quite thin but It’s luxuriously soft. I even stroked a single (clean) sheet across my face to enjoy the softness a little more. This new Eco Toilet Roll is lovely, not only is it Environmental friendly it also feels great on your skin. Here at Mummy Of 3 Diaries we all give Andrex Eco a fab 4/5. If there was one small thing we could change it would be the thickness but if we did that, it might not be as Eco friendly so I think we’d leave it just as it it. Perfect.
