It’s Time To Break Out The Ready Brek
Ready brek is the super smooth kids porridge. Designed especially for children to give the nutritious breakfast we want them to have with a taste and texture we know they’ll love. Fortified with Calcium, vitamin D for healthy bones, as well as Vitamin B1, B6 and B12 it’s porridge to give them a perfect warming start to the day.
The weather is changing now it’s October and it’s getting much colder in the mornings. My kids love porridge so these were perfect for us here. We’ve enjoyed the Original Ready Brek porridge for months already but we’d never tried the other two flavours so the kids were looking forward to trying those out. The Chocolate and Gingerbread flavours looked lovely.
One thing I love about Ready Brek is how easy and quick they are to make. If you’re always rushing around like a crazy woman in the mornings trying to get everyone dressed, washed, fed and cleaned up ready for school then you will love these.
You literally pick the flavour you want, tear open the sachet and tip the contents into your bowl. You then half fill the sachet with cold milk (to the fill line) and pour on top of your porridge oats. Pop it into the microwave for 90 seconds and stir halfway through. That’s it, done. One bowl of yummy porridge to start their school day.
Ready Brek is delicious, if you love porridge then you’ll love this. It’s simple, quick and easy to make. If I can do it, anyone can! My kids are happy with it meaning I am happy too.
