The new Samsung Galaxy Note is designed to be the ultimate on-the-go Mobile Device but what do you think? I’ve been playing with mine all week and must admit I do LOVE it! Before I go into all the details of why I love it so much, lets check out the Specs!

That’s some pretty Impressive Specs, If I do say so myself.

The Samsung Note is a clever  half way point between the Samsung Mobile + The Samsung Tablet. It’s designed to be your “primary device that will minimize the need to switch to other devices while on the go and open up the potential of your mobile experience.”

It’s HUGE 5.3″ Display is the largest screen size with smart phone portability which allows you to see more and do more, while on the go.  Even though the screen is so big the phone itself is really light at just 178 grams. It’s so thin and still fits nicely into the palm of your hand. I was worried that it wouldn’t fit into my pocket but luckily enough it does. It’s a bit of a squeeze in some of my jeans as I’m only petite but I keep it in my bag anyway – I like to think it’s safer there. I’ve heard a few people say that the Galaxy Note is aimed at women due to the size and pocket issue but I must add that that’s complete rubbish. The Galaxy Note does fit into pockets and is well suited for both men and women alike. It’s a fantastic phone for loads of reasons!

                       
I Love the Advanced 8MP camera which allows you capture the moment in so much detail and share the vivid view instantly. Photo quality is really important to me as I take photo’s all the time. I love taking pictures of my kids for our personal memories as well as photo’s for my Blog which I do daily. I decided to test out the Galaxy Note’s Camera today and I must say I was pretty impressed with the results. These pictures were taken with just normal settings, no fancy effects or enhancements. You can do all these things but for today I decided to keep it natural. The colours are so bright and the detail is superb. I’m very pleased with the photos I took today. What do you think?

My next favourite feature is of course the S Pen & S Memo. It allows you to not only choose what kind of paper you’d like to sketch on or write on but also how you’d like to write. You have so many options including pen / writing instrument choice to colours and text types. I*had a play on it and had great fun. You can use it for fun doodles like I did or for serious note taking or even chart making. The options for the S Memo and S Pen feature are endless.

With the S Pen on the S Memo you can record all types of ideas instantly and so freely. It really is easy.
You can capture any type of ideas such as photos, sounds, text, drawings and loads more through various input functions.
 There’s a fab the handwriting digitization function that is perfect for the better contents management and also a great way to save time. It allows you to get your ideas down onto paper or virtual paper in this case really quickly and easily. No need to mess about finding a pen and paper when you need it most.
With the Galaxy Note , you’ll never miss an important reminder, note or idea ever again.
It’s perfect for me – I used it yesterday for writing out my shopping list. I know that might not sound very important to you but it was a lifesaver for me. I really love the S Pen, it’s opened up so many new and exciting features for me. I’m looking forward to using it more and seeing what else I can do with it.

The Galaxy Note has a strong 2500mAh battery which I’ve found lasts me a good 24 hours. I do use my phone a lot all day every day. I browse and search the Internet daily and spend several hours on Social Networking sites like Facebook & Twitter so to me, a full days usage is pretty good. I don’t mind having to charge my phone on the night time as it doesn’t cause me any inconvenience. What would bother me is if it ran out during the day when I needed it most. So I’m happy to say the Galaxy Note will get you through the day and if your not a total phone addict like me it probably would last you a lot longer.

I LOVE the Galaxy Note but do feel so sorry for my Samsung GS2. I feel like I’ve abandoned it now which I never thought I could. My GS2 is so Gorgeous and is everything I though I had ever wanted in a Smart Phone. I’m never going to part with my GS2 as I just love it so much but now that I have the Galaxy Note – I’m afraid I just won’t be looking back. Just look at the two together, it really does show you the size contrast between the two.

I know that Size isn’t everything but in this case, it really does make a big difference and makes my mobiling life so much more enjoyable. It makes my whole usage experience so much more intense.

There’s so much more for me to learn about the Note but I shall keep you posted on our progress.

    Yep it has a pretty high price tag at the 600 mark – i know i could never afford to buy one James. I'm not sure what the pay monthly prices are like.

    Aw yes hun, Smart Phones are fab,we can do everything from planning our days, taking fab pictures of the kids and even Blogging on the go. Samsung do have some cheaper smart phones – the Samsung Galaxy Ace is a good one to start with x

    SO true smart phones are truly fabulous but they can be really quite pricey that'w why if you are planning to buy you have to carefully choose one that you think would be worth it for your money.
