Sunday Afternoon Baking With Half Spoon

Healthy Baking Challenge
The blogger challenge – I was to be given one of several recipes to try at home and Blog my experience about trying some healthy baking.half spoon.jpeg
The reason the recipes are low in calories is because they use sugar called Half Spoon from our friends at Silver Spoon. Half Spoon is granulated sugar with a touch of sweetener; it’s twice as sweet so you only need half as much as regular sugar. Half Spoon is great for low calorie baking as you can still get the taste and texture that regular sugar brings, but with less of the calories.
I chose the lovely looking Fruity Butterfly Cakes which we attempted today. My Lily is a Pro Baker in my house so this was a perfect Sunday afternoon activity for us to do.
We followed the Recipe mostly but did make a few small changes, we actually forget to buy the berries ( oops ) so we had to improvise. Baking is always good fun though, here’s how ours turned out.
