Walkers Mighty Lights #Review

Walkers Mighty Lights

Three colourful Walkers Mighty Lights crisps bags—Roast Chicken, Cheese & Onion, and another flavour—are arranged behind a blue promotional sign advertising the “NEW” product and its 30% less fat claim, with cartoon illustrations and branding visible.
With 30% less fat than standcrispsisps, Mighty Lights are perfect for kids’ lunchboxes. They are tasty, ridged crisps that come in three flavours – roast chicken, cheese and onion and lightly salted. All the flavours are suitable for vegetarians, and are available in shops nationwide. They’re made from real potatoes with no artificial colours or preservatives and they’re a source of fibre. It can be tricky to find great tasting lunch box snacks that keep both kids and mums happy but Walkers think they have cracked it.

A bag of Mighty Lights roast chicken flavour crinkle cut crisps is shown, with some crisps spilling out in front. The bag is orange and features a smiling crisp cartoon with arms, and text promoting the snack as lower in fat.

Mmm Roast Chicken, crispy ridged crisps smothered in a delicious meaty flavour, they are very moreish. Out of the three available flavours the Roast Chicken is my definite favourite, they pack a mighty flavour punch which is great. Each pack contains 25 grams which is the perfect portion size for kids at lunch or snacking mums like me. Each crisp is really thin and weighs hardly anything meaning you actually get quite a lot in your bag for the 25 grams. When I saw that they had 30% less fat than some other bags of crisps I was a little worried that they would lack in taste but I’m happy to report that they don’t and they taste great.

Each crisp is fully coated in flavour and a real treat to eat. My girls loved the Cheese and Onion flavour whilst Daddy enjoyed the Lightly Salted, there really is a flavour for everyone.

Your kids will love the taste and you will love this:

They contain 30% less fat than standard potato crisps on average
They contain no artificial colours or preservatives
They have no MSG
They are a source of fibre
They are suitable for vegetarians
They are made from real potatoes

I would be more than happy to put new Walkers Mighty Lights into my children’s lunch boxes. I’m also very happy to eat them myself, they actually taste really good.

Mummy Of 3 Diaries holds both thumbs up firmly in the air for these delicious snacks.
