My new Gardening Express Adventure
As you all know I am a keen Blogger but did you know my Dad is a very keen Gardener? Yep, he is. He really got stuck into Gardening last year after being made redundant at the age of 65. It’s his new hobbie and he loves it. He grows his own vegetables, fruits and pretty plants. Knowing how much he enjoys his garden I’ve recently joined up with the lovely Gardening Express to review some of their Gorgeous plants and garden products.
Today i had a very well packaged delivery from them. Clearly marked “Handle with care” and all arrived safely in great condition. Wanna see what I got?
They’re Beautiful. I’ve been sent a very nice selection of great looking plants. The first one i saw is a Skimmiar Magic Marlot. It’s so pretty, really bright, vivid colours. It’s exactly the sort of plant i think i would choose. It’s retail price is just £9.95 which is a great price. It’s just one of the many fab plants and baskets they have in their Autumn & Winter Patio Plant Range. So sorry you can’t see it in full yet but i need to keep it safe in it’s box until it gets to it’s new home tomorrow (my Dad’s garden).
The Skimmiar Magic Marlot goes through three different stages per year it is truly a fabulous plant.
The first stage is in autumn where the flower buds are white.
The second stage they change colour to a deep red.
Finally, in their third stage the small but pleasantly fragrant white flowers open.
It combines a compact habit, variegated foliage and rich flowering. An excellent display of colours from autumn into spring . It’s a successful plant for a variety of garden situations and is highly ornamental over a long period of time. It’s bound to surprise everyone with each colour-change it goes through.
I can’t wait to get my new Magic Marlot into my Dad’s garden tomorrow. I shall post some more pics once it’s safe and sound in it’s new home.
